“I am thrilled to see our project’s positive impact on the community …”

“After completing the EMIT classes, I was inspired to take on the challenge of initiating two community transformation projects: Feeding and education for the needy and a Leaders Empowerment Project. Despite financial limitations, we began with a small group of 25 children, meeting twice a month.

Our gatherings involve providing food, spiritual guidance, and educational support. The impact of our efforts caught the attention of another organization, which led to a three-day mass feeding event for all children in our community.

During the event, we engaged the children in sports, memorized Bible verses, and taught them valuable lessons. As the founder and leader, my responsibilities include training, fundraising, seeking support, and strategic planning. Moving forward, we aim to meet with the children weekly.

In addition to the Feeding and Education project, we also conduct training sessions for church leaders. Our goal is to equip them with the necessary skills and resources to become financially stable, particularly through farming.

To address the prevalent issue of hunger in Malawi, we collaborated with various organizations to donate 100 bags of maize flour to fellow leaders in need. I am thrilled to see our project’s positive impact on the community and look forward to expanding our reach even further.”
